Kings Mountain Association

  • About the KMA

    Jean Soult, President

The Kings Mountain Association exists for the purpose of protecting, improving, and enhancing the community; for organizing projects of benefit to the community; for holding special activities whereby members of the Association may become acquainted with each other and the organizations in the community; and for providing representation of community positions.

The KMA is governed by a board that consists of seven (7) Directors. An eighth Director Position is filled by the retiring President who will continue to serve as Director until a new President is elected.  Officers serve for a term of one year. Directors serve for three years with the exception of the director who is the past-President; who only serves until the election of a new President.

    • Jenn Soult, President
    • Cindy Oldham, Vice-President
    • Eric Soult, Treasurer
    • Betsy Rix, Secretary
    • Amber Steele and Marlene Stern, Directors

Each year the KMA sponsors several annual social events. In recent years these have included a December Holiday party, a spring brunch with Easter Egg hunt for children, a Summer Party, and the well-attended KMA annual meeting and dinner. The KMA has also negotiated a significant discount on propane from AmeriGas. This discount is available to current members of the KMA.
